Our installation work is guaranteed for two years from the date of completion against defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, weather events, landscaping changes, or other factors beyond our control. If you cancel a scheduled installation appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the estimated installation cost may be charged.
Initial consultation and site assessment fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you proceed with a full installation project, consultation fees may be credited toward the total project cost as agreed upon during the initial consultation. Custom design plans and detailed lighting layouts become your property upon payment and cannot be returned or refunded. If you choose not to proceed with installation, you retain the rights to the design plans, but we reserve the right to use generalized design concepts in future projects for other clients.
This Return Policy covers returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original condition. Products experiencing defects or malfunctions after this period may be covered under manufacturer warranty or our installation guarantee. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and brand, typically ranging from one to ten years. Warranty claims should be directed to us, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf. Our installation workmanship guarantee covers defects in installation for two years from the completion date. Orders for in-stock products may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply. Custom orders or special orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun or the order has been placed with the manufacturer. A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order value may be charged for custom orders cancelled after production begins.
